Who are we?
Endurance Aventure is a Quebec based society funded in 1998 by Jean-Thomas Boily and Daniel Poirier. It aims to promote the practice of physical activity for the youth and the older ones throughout the organization of various events allowing the participants to live authentic and outstanding experiences.
The passion for the sport and for the discovery of wild and beautiful areas is the core motivation for the enterprise. With more than 10 000 km of race course marked over the years and about 150 canadian and international associated specialists, Endurance Aventure counts with a unique expertise in sport and outdoors events management, for summer as well as for winter events.
Endurance Aventure has organized, produced and participated to more than 250 events in 24 countries.
Our Values
At Endurance Aventure, we always aim to develop new projects in collaboration with the local communities. A prerequisite to this collaboration is a relation based on the trust each other has on the skills and capacities of each parties. We constitute a close related team in which each individual is important. Moreover, the participation and development of the youth is a core element to our values. Finally, the glue to this great team is obviously the passion!

Jean-Thomas Boily
Co-founder and Director of Operations, in charge of the events financial and logistic aspects. Paralympic cross-country skier and cyclist.

Daniel Poirier
Co-funder, Video Production Director. Adventure Racer and long-distance Triathlete.

Bastien Michau
Associate, Race Director, Race Course Designer. Speleologist, Canyoning Guide, Adventure Racer and Navigator.

Marianne Lacasse
Events coordinator, responsible for communications and media relations. Cyclist in summer and skier in winter!
